                         JR. GOLF TOURNAMENT RULES

* The event is open to all amateur golfers, GIRLS & BOYS 9-18, who have not graduated  from High School prior to May of this year.

* Birth certificate required at registration, UNLESS COPY is sent with application.

* The event will be divided into flights  as the tournament director feels necessary  to provide the most equitable conditions.

* The tournament shall consist  of metal play for all flights.

* The use of riding carts by participants is shall be prohibited. No Caddys!

* The rules of golf According to the USGA shall govern all play, except at the discretion of the tournament director or where local rules prevent strict adherence.

* The Tournament Director will decide al disputes and his decision shall be final. 

In case of a tie after (18) holes , tie breaker will be decided by going  on each score card to the #1 handicap hole, etc. until winner is decided.

TD Rule #1 - In the interest of speeding up play, the maximum number of strokes  for any hole shall be (2) two times par.   Example-par (3)- maximum (6)strokes, etc. Any hole not completed, shall be scored using this formula. 

Tournament Date- June 7,2008. Applications in by May31,2008.
