  • Robert F. Pedro Sr., 80, of Binghamton, NY, passed away March 4,2010 at his home. He was predeceased by his parents; his son, Richard; three grandchildren, and 14 brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife, Elaine of 52 years; his children, Diana 9michael) Cyhanick, Randy (Angela) Pedro, Michael Pedro, Timothy Pedro, Robert Pedro Jr., 14 Grandchildren; his sister, Elizabeth (Fred) Mecke; Sister-in-law and Brother-in-law, Joyce and Walter Widowiak; several nieces, nephews, and cousins, a large collection of good friends. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post 478/  Robert was a life member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge 1013 and held the Pilgrim Degree.   Robert worked for many years as an auto body tech and owned Pedro’s Body Shop and also was an auto insurance adjuster for Crawford and Co.

  • I have been asked to post the following announcement, Brother Terry L. McMichael,  NYSMA President 2007 – 2008 passed away.   “The Association and Fraternity mourn the passing of our friend”, Services are as follows,  Thursday 1/21/10: Calling Hours 5:00 – 8:00, Memorial Service 7:00pm.  Friday 1/22/10: Funeral 11:00am.  Services will be held at  WELDON Funeral Home, 102 E Main Street, Penn Yan, NY 14527 - Phone Number: (315) 536-3355.

 

  • David Shay: Fellowship Chairman, Brother David Shay sadly entered into rest  December 15th, 2009. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Shay family at this time. Services will be held at Kalec Funeral Home, 705 East Church Street, Elmira, NY. 607-734-6196. Memorial Services will be held: Friday December 18, 2009 5 - 8PM.
