June 2009ATTENTION MEN AND WOMEN OFFICERS: Reports for the Moose of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Co-Worker of the Year and Novice-Co-Worker of the Year are now and must be received by Moose Heart by July 1st, 2009. If you have any questions please let me know. Thank you, Regional Director, Tom Wood September 14, 2008District 14 Meeting, Penn Yan Lodge #2030Lodge Reports for Community Service are needed, so they can be sent into the State for Non-Profit Status. Also, the Family Activities Reports will be due soon. Moose Int'l is no longer accepting donations for the Yellowstone project. Any already sent in must be reassigned to either "Safe Surfin'" or "Special Olympics". Special Olympics can be donations of time or money within the State, in addition to checks being sent in. Applications for "Bringing Home the Bacon" are needed!!! Membership is always a concern. Currently the men are only at 87% of Quota to date. At this rate we will fall short by approximately 800 members at year end. The women are currently above Quota to date. Attorney information that Sidney used to obtain Tax Exempt status will be forthcoming. (Please note: these are not "Quotes", this is paraphrasing from my notes and understanding. -- Dan Saikkonen, Statement Author) Assistant Regional ManagersWill Perry - Assistant Regional Manager ( Ogdensburg Lodge #814 ) Community Service Chairman .852 CR 14 Rensselaer Falls, NY 13680 Ph; 315-344-8840 Email: wperryvp@yahoo.com
